Practice Policies
You are not required to use any of the practice sets listed. These are just provided to you through the captains' knowledge of coaching swimmers. Sign-up at the team meeting to receive access to swim workouts at a beginner, intermediate, or advanced swimming level.
If you have no interest in competing but would still like to be a part of the team and accountability for working out, we would love to have you!
A reminder that you must register through the league ($65 early bird pricing) in order to compete in the 2026 season.
